Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for equipment, please include all manuals and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
